By purchasing from Slavenska.art, you agree to the following terms:

Artwork Ownership & Copyright

When you purchase a painting or print, you are buying the physical artwork -not the rights to reproduce or use the image commercially. All copyrights remain with the artist, Slavenska Stockwell. You may not reproduce, resell, or otherwise distribute the artwork without the written permission of Slavenska Stockwell.

Commissioned Art

Commissioned work is created in collaboration with the buyer. I retain the right to decline commissiones that don't align with my artistic vision. Commissioned sales are final once work has begun.

Pricing & Payment

Listed prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed upon. Commissioned work requires a 50% deposit to begin the process.

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship orders on time and provide accurate delivery estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or unforeseen events. Buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on orders outside the United States.
