Processing Time

Original paintings and prints are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. Commissioned works may take longer depending on the project timeline, and I'll keep you informed every step of the way. Shipment for commissions is typically 5-7 business days after completion and final payment of the balance due.

Shipping Method & Carriers

All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You'll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Packaging

Each art piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We use sturdy materials, protective wrapping, and containers to guard agains damage in transig.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Shipping within the U.S. is FREE. Large pieces may require special handling or shipping arrangements.

International Shipping

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please note that delivery times vary, and customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us right away. We'll do everything we can to help resolve the issue. Be sure to take photos of any damage upon arrival.

Local Pickup (Optional)

If you're local to or visiting the Atlanta area, we can arrange an in-person pickup. Just select this option at checkout or reach out directly.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Each Painting I create is made with great care and attention. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That said, here's what to expect regarding returns and refunds: 

Original Art & Commissions

All sales of original paintings and commissioned works are final. Due to the time, materials, and personalization involved, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for these pieces.

Prints

Prints may be eligible for a return or exchange if they arrive damaged or if there was an error with your order. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll do our best to make it right.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are not possible.
